0. New Board Member - Dennis Hurd has been selected as the new representative for the circle track drivers.
1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Syl Schied Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - See attached. Balance in checkbook $10,967.60. Donald found the $800 from Syl for the car trailer and gave the money to Bill Springer at the meeting. Roger Osborne moved to approve Treasurers Report. Bill Witcher Second. Unanimous.
3. Roads: Tabling - At some point there should be a road and at some point we will determine the location.
4. Mud Bog/Sand Pit Area - The pros and cons were discussed regarding the area and this group is looking now at maybe completing a truck pull area instead of a mud bog/sand pit area. A gentleman is buying a sled and it will home-base at the BMP. Roger moved to pursue the truck pull area. Earl Dowell Second. Unanimous. Donald moved to put together a cost analysis. Earl Dowell Second. Unanimous.
6. Unfinished Business - A debate ensued as to dissolving the Foundation. Bill Witcher recommended going dormant until the bleacher lease comes due then decide what to do with the money. We could have an annual meeting instead of monthly.
LLC reported back that the last set of attendance figures for the last few years was correct.
We need to look at the frame of the grader to put a # on the bill of sale as the LLC does not have a title.
The LLC needs to get the VIN# from the water truck to apply for a lost title.
7. New Business - Bill Witcher would like to get out of doing the website. A meeting needs to be scheduled with Char Hurd, Bill Witcher and Mike Hines from Red Line Design.
It was discussed closing the Foundation PO Box and maybe forwarding to Robyn’s Business PO Box as she checks it daily.
Next Meeting Monday, November 26th at 7:00pm at Barnets. The Meeting concluded at 8pm.

This next meeting has been changed to January 28, 2008

BILLINGS MOTORSPORTS PARK FOUNDATION, INC.
MEETING OF MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2007
SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, BARNETT OPTICIANS
Members Present: Syl Schied, Donald McCabe, Roger Osborne, Don Blyton, Earl Dowell, Lucy Normandeau, Glen Walker & Les Kraft
1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Lucy Normandeau Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - See attached. Balance in checkbook $10,964.64. A loader was purchased for $8,000. Donald found a loader and in order to not miss out on the deal, he called board members for a yes or no vote. It was unanimous to purchase. Roger Osborne moved to approve Treasurers Report. Syl Schied Second. Unanimous.
3. Sign/Pavilion - Sign is at Barnetts and we will wait till spring to hang it up The Pavilion is up and completed. It looks very nice. It was a nice addition to the facility A gentleman has come forward and says that he has enough block to enclose the pavilion and might want to donate it.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - Still has flags. Harvey is still up to his ears with King Ave . The road may be changing a little bit, moving North about 500 ft due to the fact that they are still trying to figure out the best location for the permanent mud bog pit and sand drag area.
5. Generator/Car Trailer - Syl gave Donald the $800.00 for the trailer, know Donald needs to remember where he put it.
6. Unfinished Business - The LLC and Foundation need to swap titles on the two water trucks.
We voted to buy the grader from the LLC for $6,000 and reduce what the LLC owes the Foundation on the bleachers. The LLC will get us a title and we will give them a receipt.
The bid for the mud bog pit is $9,480.00. We will need fencing and lighting . The front end loader needs some work. We have $5,000 committed to the road. SO we need to decide what we are going to do.
The Loader is going to stay at Blytons for the winter due to the theft and damage that happened last winter.
7. New Business - Quarter Midgets had a regional race over Labor Day Weekend. The club has not had a problem with the portable wood barrier for 11 years but now due to increased speeds it is becoming an issue. The Regional Director said he would strongly advice them to have a different barrier in place before another regional event. It will cost approximately $5,000 to put up a new barrier, which is composed of elevator bolts, fender washers, 140 tires, triple plywood layer and plastic. Maybe we could get away with doing turns 1 and 2 this year and the rest next year. There is also a discussion of putting lights in the pit area. Donald has an electrical contractor that is willing to donate wire we will just need to put up a sign.

Next Meeting Tuesday, October 30th at 7:00pm at Barnetts.
The Meeting concluded at ?pm.
Respectfully Submitted,
Robyn K. McCabe, Secretary

1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Bill Witcher Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - NONE
3. Sign/Pavilion - Sign is done and paid for, just needs to be picked up. Trusses should be up end of this week or next week. We can put it up after the roof is on. There was discussion to wait till spring.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - Still has flags. Harvey is up to his ears with King Ave but now with the accident it might be longer. Harvey and Josh are doing pretty well after their accident. It will be a year before Josh can get in a race car again.
5. Generator/Car Trailer - The Car Trailer is sold to Syl for $800.00, which is what we purchased it for. Syl just needs to pick it up and pay for it.
6. Battery Truck - We have the second and final check for $3250.00, its needs to be deposited. A side note is that Jerry Lawson that donated the battery truck passed away about 2 months ago.
7. Unfinished Business - Still need to consider the LLC and Foundation swapping titles on the two water trucks. Roger Osborne moved to swap titles. Bill Witcher Second. Unanimous.
Last meeting we voted to buy the grader from the LLC for $6,000 and reduce what the LLC owes the Foundation on the bleachers. We just need to get a title from the LLC. Donald sold the blocks to the guy in Bridger and we did take a little loss.
8. New Business - The LLC is looking for some key people: Grader Operator, Water Truck Driver, Tech Person, Off-road Manager.
A discussion ensued about leasing the facility to organizations that want to run the events.
We are still working with a Rock Crawling Group that wants to take over the rock crawling area.
We have a group that wants to put on Sand Drags, they want to do 4-5 a year. Donald got a quote from Claudia at Ostermillers to Haul Sand to BMP. Belly Dump with Pup Hauls about 35 ton per load - $200.00 per load delivered.
Robyn gave Donald a sheet to verify with the LLC the attendance for 2004 race season. At our meeting on 8/29/05 we were told the attendance was 13,598 and on the new summary we just received it shows 12,524. They will look into it and get back to us.
The LLC would like to see the Foundation do a 50/50 raffle.
There was a discussion on purchasing or leasing a loader and the operation of mud bogs.

Next Meeting Monday, September 24th at 7:00pm at Barnets. The Meeting concluded at 8:20pm.

SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, BARNETT OPTICIANS

Members Present: Syl Schied, Donald & Robyn McCabe, Roger & Stacey Osborne, Earl Dowell, Lucy Normandeau, Glen Walker, & Les Kraft
1. Minutes - Earl Dowell moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Don Blyton Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - Currently we have $10,695.25. We will owe $670.00 when the sign is done which will leave a balance of $10,025.25 in the checkbook. Roger Osborne moved to accept the Treasurers Report. Don Blyton Second. Unanimous.
3. Sign/Pavilion - Robyn still needs to check with Sign Products on the status of the sign. Poles with beams and trusses should be in place next month.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - Still has flags, Harvey is up to his ears with King Ave. so the road probably won‘t happen until Fall.
5. Generator/Car Trailer - We received $350.00 from the Generator. Robyn found a check stub showing that we paid $50.00 to the government for the generator 12/19/94. Don Blyton delivered the $350.00. The Car Trailer is sold to Syl for $800.00, which is what we purchased it for.
6. Battery Truck - Is sold to Hamples for $6500.00. They have paid half and we have given them 45 days to pay the other half. When the truck is painted then we will pay to have the truck detailed which is approximately $300. Don Blyton delivered the first check for $3250.00.
7. Unfinished Business - We were handed a check for $1,000 from the LLC and also a summary of the bleacher lease. Still need to consider the LLC and Foundation swapping titles on the two water trucks. Roger Osborne moved to buy the grader from the LLC for $6,000 and reduce what the LLC owes the Foundation on the bleachers. Stacey Osborne Second. Unanimous.
8. New Business - Donald received an interesting phone call from a gentleman in Bridger that says our blocks are on his land and we need to move them ASAP. Donald discussed with him buying the blocks but the prices he is getting for blocks is less than what we purchased the blocks for. He is holding us over a barrel. We paid $2390.00 for the blocks and we would be taking a loss of $385.00. Don Blyton moved to give Donald the authority to dicker and try to split the difference or take deal and run. Roger Osborne second. Unanimous.
Figures for a Mud Pit 16x200’ long, 6” deep is $7,000. $2,500 for a 4ft sidewall 200’ long. We need to meet with the LLC to determine a permanent location for the mud pit and the sand pit.

Next Meeting Monday, June 25th (later changed to July 30th) at 7:00pm at Barnets.
The Meeting concluded at 8:55pm.
Respectfully Submitted, Robyn K. McCabe, Secretary

3. Wall of Fame/Pavilion - Have not heard anything from Sign Products on the sign. We need to check on the cost for additional signs for memorials that can surround the main sign.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - Harvey is up to his ears with King Ave. so the road probably won‘t happen until Fall.
5. Generator/Permanent Power - Donald has been trying to sell the Generator instead of the recycling yards turning it into scrap. Donald still needs to meet with REA about permanent power.
6. Battery Truck - Is sold to Hamples for $6500.00. They have paid half and we have given them 45 days to pay the other half. When the truck is painted then we will pay to have the truck detailed which is approximately $300.
7. Unfinished Business - Still waiting on the $1,000 from the LLC. The Bleacher Lease is the Foundations biggest asset that needs to be addressed. Maybe the LLC and Foundation should swap titles on the two water trucks.
8. New Business - The BMP LLC would like to sell the Foundation their grader for $6,000.00 maybe this can be a trade for money due the Foundation for the Bleacher Lease.
Don Blyton bought a water tank 8’x5’x25’ for $200. Robyn moves to reimburse Don. Roger Second. Unanimous.
Next Meeting Monday, May 22st at 7:00pm at Barnets. The Meeting concluded at 8:25pm.

MEETING OF MONDAY, MARCH 26, 2007
SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, BARNETT OPTICIANS
Members Present: Syl Schied, Donald & Robyn McCabe, Roger Osborne, Lucy Normandeau, Earl Dowell, Bill Springer, Don Blyton, & Les Kraft
1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Bill Springer Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - Currently we have $10868.94 in the checkbook after paying Evig Brothers for putting up the Wall and putting the down payment on the sign. Roger Osborne moved to accept the Treasurers Report. Syl Schied Second. Unanimous.
3. Wall of Fame/Pavilion - Evig Brothers put up the Wall - Yeah!!! Finally!!! $670 was paid for a down payment for Sign Products to begin production on the sign.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - The road in flagged out now waiting on Harvey.
5. Generator/Permanent Power - The Generator is no good. There is no compression on all but two holes. Roger Osborne moved to take the Generator to Golden or Pacific. Earl Dowell Second. Unanimous. Roger Osborne moved to sell the Car Trailer: 7,000 lb tandem axle, $800 firm. Don Blyton Second. Unanimous. Donald will meet with REA about permanent power now that the generator is gone.
6. Permanent Fencing - Donald is a little frustrated. The Hauling of blocks did not happen as everyone bailed at the last minute. He throws up his hands and is not willing to organize it again. If someone else wants to go ahead. It was decided to sit on the blocks until next fall or winter when things slow down again for everyone. We need to layout the permanent fencing before we can have further discussion.
7. Track hoe - The track hoe was checked out and it is junk. Two cylinders not working, radiator plugged, . . . . . . We owe Gary Ostermiller with Garys Field Service. $180 plus 10 tickets to the races.
8. Battery Truck - Runs great, needs some detailing. Kelly Hample wants to buy the truck with the box on it. Don Blyton said that we were asking $7,000. Don Blyton was given a minimum price and the power to deal. Donald McCabe moved for the stated minimum. Roger Osborne Second. Unanimous.
9. Unfinished Business - Hopefully this week Steve will get on to the $1,000 owed the Foundation. Poke around for Equipment.

BILLINGS MOTORSPORTS PARK FOUNDATION, INC.
MEETING OF MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2007
SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, BARNETT OPTICIANS
Members Present: Syl Schied, Donald & Robyn McCabe, Roger Osborne, Lucy Normandeau, Earl Dowell, Bill Springer, Don Blyton, Les Kraft & Ed Melcher
1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Syl Schied Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - Currently we have $13,700.18 in the checkbook. If we buy everything that has been approved to date we will have $2025.18 in the bank. Syl Schied moved to accept the Treasurers Report. Lucy Normandeau Second. Unanimous.
3. Wall of Fame/Pavilion - Robyn McCabe passed around the copy from Sign Products for final approval before production. The $ will be added after the category headings. Schied is misspelled. Les Kraft needs to be changed to Leslie J. Kraft. Under Memorials switch the position of Randy Packard and Derek Brian Hoffman and center Derek Brian Hoffman. Roger Osborne moved to approve the sign with changes to go to production. Ed Melcher Second. Unanimous. Butch Bailey still has not gotten the wall up. We have someone else that we are working with to erect the wall.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - Donald McCabe met with the Quarter Midgets and they have approved paying 1/3 of the cost of the road up to $1,000. They will pay the Foundation back as they can. Roger Osborne moves to go ahead and have the road done. Lucy Normandeau Second. Unanimous.
5. Generator/Permanent Power - Donald says that the trailer is cleaned off and the tires are flat. Bill and Donald will get together soon to see if they can get it running. Donald says that the wire will cost $4400 to put in the permanent power. Donald says he must be losing his touch because he has not been able to acquire a donor. Maybe Donald can work something out with the REA and putting in a pedestal.
6. Permanent Fencing - Hauling is set up for Saturday March 24th. Larry Kaufman will take his loader to the Park to unload and then can haul blocks.
Roger can haul 15, Don B. 15, Scott Hill 15, Harvey 15, Kaufman 10, John Fischer 10, Ross Evig 8, McCabes 5
We should have no problem with hauling the 83 blocks.
7. Unfinished Business - Donald thought he had the Trackhoe donated but then they backed out. Donald will hire someone to go check out the Trackhoe before we buy it.
When Harvey went to get the 27,000 gallon tank that he found, it was gone.
The LLC said that they should have the bleacher expenses by March.
Don Blyton says that it will cost $125 to run the truck through the auction. If it sells then we also will have to pay 1% of the Sales price. $5,000 estimated value if cleaned and the frame painted without the box. Don would like to have the truck running by mid March.
Syl’s PA was used at the Red Lodge Snow Drags and it worked great.
8 New Business - The Quarter Midgets are working with the County Extension Agent to plant grass inside their oval.
Next Meeting Monday, March 26th at 7:00pm at Barnets.
The Meeting concluded at 8:30pm.

BILLINGS MOTORSPORTS PARK FOUNDATION, INC.
MEETING OF MONDAY, JANUARY 29, 2007
SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, BARNETT OPTICIANS
Members Present: Syl Schied, Donald & Robyn McCabe, Roger Osborne, Lucy Normandeau, Bill Springer, Don Blyton, & Ed Melcher
1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Don Blyton Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - Currently we have $17,587.67 in the checkbook before paying Hill Masonry $1325.00. We paid Liberty Names of America for our website and it turns out to be a scam. They will be refunding our $85.00. Hostway was paid $75.00 and now the website is back up and running. If we buy everything that has been approved to date we will have $1,922.27 in the bank.
3. Wall of Fame/Pavilion - Robyn contacted Sign Products, they said they never received the email with the names so she is mailing them a hard copy. Butch Bailey still has not gotten the wall up. Roger says that he has forms to build a concrete wall if the blocks are not up by spring.
4. Roads: Quarter Midgets & 4x4 - Donald and Harvey went to the Park and looked at the road scenario. The current road in going thru the 4x4 area of the track. When permanent fencing is in place for the 4x4 events then the quarter midgets will not be able to use the road. The road as it is now does not work when it is wet so the Quarter Midgets have been discussing improving the road. Talking with Harvey building a 3/10 of a mile road will take 35 loads at $100 per load which is $3500. After much discussion on the location of the road it was decided that it should be moved closer to the restroom which would decrease the costs to $2500. The Quarter Midgets would then use the

Spectator Gate to access their road and it would be an improved road. This would work better for everyone. The Foundation is willing to put money towards this goal, however, we need to know from the Quarter Midgets how much they can put towards this road. The Foundation could pay for the whole road up front and then the Quarter Midgets could reimburse them for their portion. Lucy will check with the club about the road.
5. Generator/Permanent Power - There was more discussion about selling the generator and installing permanent power. It was also discussed that maybe we should sell the generator and buy a new small quiet generator for the events. Donald & Syl came up with a great idea to use the power in the pump house and bury wire over to the 4x4 area. Maybe Donald could get the wire donated. Donald made a motion to sell the generator w/transfer switch and the trailer to buy wire to run electrical. Roger Osborne Second. Unanimous.
6. Permanent Fencing - We need to transport 83 blocks from Bridger to the Park. We are still working on the logistics of transportation. Lucy will check with the club to see if they have $ for some of the blocks.
7. Unfinished Business - The Trackhoe is a 1977 P&H Detroit Diesel that weighs 56,000 lbs. We will need an overweight and overwidth permit to haul it to the Park.
8 New Business - Harvey found a 27,000 gallon tank for $2000. Donald told him to buy it. Donald is still working on the honey tank which is 80,000 gallons. In order to hold bump n run, drags and other 4x4 events we need lots of water. We need a big tank, keep your eyes and ears open.

Don Blyton is going to see about selling the Foundation’s Truck at Coparts. He will get the truck running and figure out our costs to sell it.

The Foundation asked that Syl work on getting the $1,000 that the LLC owes the Foundation for its original offer to buy shares in the LLC. Also the

Foundation would like to know where we stand on the lease payments. How much is owed for the 2006 racing season and when should the Foundation expect to start receiving payments. The LLC has never brought us the costs that they incurred assembling the bleachers.

Gary Angell is the new QMA President and the new representative on our board. However, we are not letting Don Blyton get away so easy, we would like him to be the representative for the Rimrock 4x4 club since their current representative has not attended our meetings for quite some time.

Ed Melcher passed around flyers and posters for the Red Lodge Snow Drags to benefit Families For Outdoor Recreation (FFOR).

Syl purchased a PA and Amplifier at the School District #2 Auction.
Next Meeting Monday, February 26th at 7:00pm at Barnets. The Meeting concluded at 8:10pm.
Respectfully Submitted,

1. Minutes - Stacey Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior two
meeting as Emailed. Roger Osborne Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - Balance $17,569.36. Detail Attached. Roger moved to approve the Treasurer¹s Report. Syl Schied Second. Unanimous.
3. Wall of Fame/Pavilion - The names for the Wall of Fame were passed around. Roger moved to approve with adding 2 more memorials and the
Demolition Derby Calcutta Winner that donated his money to BDRA for the Park if we can find his name. BDRA never turned the money over to the BMP so we don¹t have his name and Robyn can¹t find it in the BMP Minutes. Syl will see if the BDRA has the records from that time and has the name. Syl Schied
Second. Unanimous.
4. Rocks/Rock Crawling - Robyn read a quote out of the 4x4 Forum Newsletter: "We would like to thank Magic City for putting together the rock crawl comp.We had a blast - in fact if not careful we may become addicted to rockcrawling. I can see how this may grow into something big."
5. Generator/Trailer - No Change.
6. Mud Bog Pit/Concrete Forms - There are 100 blocks in Bridger. Roger will check into the price.
7. Unfinished Business - There is a group that wants to do two sand drags
next year. We told them they need to join the Foundation and yes this could
be done. The snowmobilers would also like a winter drag. If there is no snow
then they will it will be a grass drag.
8. New Business - People have been trespassing on the 4x4 ravine and tearing
it up. There are tracks everywhere. The fence needs to be fixed.

3. Wall/Pavilion - Need to make sure Don Brocopp and Intermountain Distributing are listed. Additional names that should go under the Honorable Mention are: Christy Sekora. Robyn said she will go back through the minutes and try and find his name. Roger moved to "Get IT Done" - Order the sign and pay whatever the price is considering our quote was from over a year ago and prices have gone up. Don Blyton Second. Unanimous. The wall will probably not get done till fall. Donald will make a couple of phone call to see if someone else can get to the wall any faster. The thank you letter for Hi-Tech Construction was passed around. It was decided that the Foreman should get 2 season passes and 25 tickets should be included with the letter. Donald will hand deliver the season passes and the letter to the foreman.
4. Rocks/Rock Crawling Course - Robyn will begin working on the brochure to sell the rocks. $100 per rock w/painted logo, $200 per rock with sandblasted name for a 2 year period: 2006-2007 & 2007-2008. Roger and Donald will be working on putting in more gates for the Rock Crawl in September.
6. Generator/Trailer - No change.
7. Mud Bog Pit/Concrete Forms - Still pouring.
8. Unfinished Business - The Motorcycle group is wanting to build a track at BMP and is working on the water issue.
We need to get the water tanks to the track. Robyn moved to pay the fuel to deliver them to the park. Donald added to make it a maximum of $300.00. Roger Second. Unanimous.
Tire Rama came out and put the wheels and tires on the water truck. The truck tank has also been patched.
The "pile" needs to be burned. See if Royce can bring over the water truck. We also need to call the Shepherd Fire Department before we burn.
The Schessler Sign should be put up on Saturday. Some parts and pieces will need to be purchased: exhaust clamps, bolts, ect. The bill should be sent to the BMP LLC.
Don Blyton has not picked up the truck yet.
9. New Business - 101.3FM is the BMP Radio Frequency.

1. Minutes - Roger Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as Emailed. Ray Lambrecht Second. Unanimous.
2. Treasurers Report - $19,357.18 + interest $5.95 = $19,363.13 in checkbook. Roger Osborne moved to approve the treasurerÕs report. Ray Lambrecht Second. Unanimous.
3. Wall/Pavilion - A list of the names for the wall of fame was mailed with the January minutes. Bill Witcher emailed to say that Big Sky Economic Development needs to be added under Champion for the money they spent on architectural design and staff. All agreed. Intermountain Distributing also needs to be added. Robyn will go back through the minutes to determine how much they contributed. The following names will be added to the Honorable Mention Section: Jerry Thomas, Bill Witcher, Lew Hines, Syl Schied, Les Kraft, Donald & Robyn McCabe, Ken Cranston, Dale Sekora and Ed Melcher. Robyn will go back through minutes to see if we missed anyone. Syl will check with the Anonymous Name on our list to see if they still wish to remain anonymous. Donald acquired 2 Beams and 4 Posts for the Pavilion from the Western Security Bank in the Heights. With the trusses Syl has, we are almost there. A letter needs to be sent to High Tech Construction thanking them for the donation and includes passes to the races.
4. Bleachers - Donald checked with Lloyd and he said there are two gallons left. He will bring them to the next 4x4 Meeting.
5. Rocks/Rock Crawling Course - Robyn remembered to bring the new Promotional DVD from Tony Scott. It was played for anyone that wanted to watch.
6. Generator/Trailer - No change.
7. Mud Bog Pit/Concrete Forms - The forms were finally ordered on February 14th. They are not here yet. They said 30 days.
8. Unfinished Business - The tanks are not at the Park yet. The LLC has not made a decision on the grader. They will call Donald when they decide so Donald can call Ernie & Charlie. We canÕt wait much longer because they will be preparing for racing season and wonÕt have the time to spend on the grader.
The LLC also has not made a decision on the management of the rallies. so at this point it will remain the same as years past. Ed Melcher is waiting on the underwriters about the annual insurance. There was a lengthy discussion on the PA system - it was a mess and the microphone and lots of speakers are missing. Donald bought a microphone and cables approx. $60.00. Ray moved to reimburse Donald, Roger second, Unanimous. Ed Melcher donated totes to store the system.
9. New Business -
Schessler Concrete is donating tires for the water truck that no longer meet DOT. Roger has found some steel wheels for $40 each. These wheels are getting hard to come by. Roger is thinking that if the Foundation bought four the 4x4 club could buy four. Ray moved for the Foundation to buy four wheels and see if they would donate a couple extra. Bob Braulick Second. Unanimous. Roger will get Tire Rama to take a truck to the Park to put on the wheels and tires.
Next Meeting
Meeting will be held Monday, June 12th at 7:00pm at Barnets. The Meeting concluded at 8:10pm.
